Pastor's Biography

Victor M. Peña is the founder and Senior Pastor of Destiny City Fellowship, a growing non-denominational multiethnic church in Richmond, VA. Together with Sonia, his wife of more than thirty years, they form a prolific husband and wife team in shepherding the D.C.F family. Pastors Victor and Sonia hold their bachelors of Theology degree’s from Grace Christian College, they are members and under the covering of Ministers Fellowship International (M.F.I.).

They are the parents of three children, Manny, Evie, and May Lynn, and the proud Grandparents of five busy little girls.

Pastors Victor and Sonia converted to Christ at the ages of 17 and 18 after dramatic encounters with the Holy Spirit while residing in New York City. They were ordained into the ministry and office of the pastorate in 1999 after serving the body of Christ in various capacities, including Elders, Deacons, Youth leaders and bible college instructors. They have traveled on Short-term missions trips and served as guest speakers in other local churches throughout the East Coast.

Pastor Victor is known for his passionate and straight forward style of preaching, he is gifted in the prophetic and has a burden and passion to see broken lives restored and made new by the power of the Holy Spirit and the word of God.

Pastor Victor together with his wife Sonia, continue in the labor of love in the ministry impacting lives in the city of Richmond VA and the body of Christ at large.
